YOU ARE THE MASTER OF BREASTS!    

Hey Dr. Foster!   Hope all is well down in beautiful Lake Tahoe!  AND hope you had a great trip to Alta! (Away from those pesky Snowboarders!
 
Anyhow, thought I'd give you a two week up-date on your patient!  She is doing excellent, and is actually getting used to the extra size -  As expected, they really don't project that much more, just alot fuller - SO her cleavage is absolutely fabulous!  I must say Dr. (Even though I am quite biased!)  They are absolutely the most beautiful breasts I have ever seen!  Guess the 4th or 5th time was a charm!  The incision is totally perfect - it is healing amazingly well, no seeping since those first couple days, and you can hardly see a seam at all!  It will end up being just a thin white line!  They have a perfect, natural slope on top, and like I said, her cleavage is absolutely georgeous!  They are already softening up nicely, and I think they will be amazing!  Certainly "Model" category!
 
Her nipples are much more balanced, and overall, they are as perfect as anyone could hope for!  I think Theresa is extremely happy so far - she is still a bit worried about the extra size, but last night she finally said that they were really pretty, and she was really happy about her nipples and cleavage!  SO SUCCESS!!
 
There is still some soreness where you had to open up on the upper part of her breasts, but we have been gently massaging that every night - she says that they actually feel better on the crease side then before the surgery, so that is great!
 
Thank you so much for taking the extra time with my darling wife this time to really make her happy Dr. Foster!  I really appreciate your expertise and years of knowledge and experience!  I am really glad we went ahead and did this, and I know that Theresa will be exceedingly happy once she gets used to the extra size.
 
We will send some photos as soon as we have a chance to take some - will be great advertisment for all those seeking beautiful large breasts!  (ha, ha!)
